摘要
自准直导轨磨床是通过适当降低导轨磨床床身和基础纵向弯曲刚度的办法来消减环境温度变化和摩擦热对导轨磨床加工精度影响的新型导轨磨床。它的床身-基础系统具有很好的热态特性。为进一步提高自准直导轨磨床床身-基础系统的静态特性和动态特性,本文对自准直导轨磨床床身进行了有限元优化设计。优化设计结果表明,优化设计存在可行域;采用有限元优化设计方法可以提高自准直导轨磨床床身的静态特性和动态特性。
The self-collimation guideway grinder is a newguideway grinder whose machine bed and foundation'slongitudinal bending stiffness is decreased to eliminateenvironmental temperature fluctuation and friction heat,entia of its machine bed and foundation is of excellentthermal characteristic. Optimal design is conducted by FEMto improve static and dynamic characteristic of the machinebed. The results show that there is feasible solution; staticand dynamic characteristic of the machine bed can beimproved.
