磁性磨料研磨加工的实践与研究

摘要 本文介绍了磁性磨料研磨的加工原理,不仅对磁极的形状加以分析,还对工件在磁场中的受力情况进行理论分析。对淬硬了的工件外圆进行磁性磨料研磨的加工试验,得出了有轴向振动,无轴向振动,不同的轴向振动频率,以及不同研磨时间对加工表面粗糙度和研磨量的影响;从而得出了优化的磁性磨料研磨的加工参数。对实施实际的磁性磨料研磨的加工有一定的指导和借鉴作用。 Magnetic abrasive machining is a newlydeveloped technology for super finishing machining duringthe latest decade. The magnetic abrasive materials are putinto the space between S-pole and N-pole, which areattracted by the S、N poles and the machining part, soforming a flexible“abrasive material brush”along thedirection of the magnetic line of force. Under this conditionthe machining part rotates and oscillates simultaneously,there by the burrs will be abraded and the superficial finishwill be greatly improved.In this Paper the principle of magnetic abrasive machiningis introduced; the proper geometric shape of the magneticpoles is studied; and the stress analysis of the machiningpart in the magnetic field is given.By the experiment of magnetic abrasive machining on thequenched steel external surface, some technical findingshad been achieved. They said: while having axial oscillationswith various amplitudes and frequencies or without axialoscillation, the abrasive magnitude and the roughness ofthe machined part vary with the duration of grinding.According to the testing data, the workable optimumparameters of magnetic abrasive machining is summarized,which can be used as a tentative reference in real practice.
