浅析高校学生工作中的服务育人

Cultivating College Graduates Through Good Service

作为高等学校教育管理工作的重要组成部分,高校学生工作也面临着来自高等教育改革和发展的挑战,为此,学生工作必须转变观念,拨好"服务"这根弦。当前"服务育人"包含了四个方面的内容,即制度育人、行为育人、环境育人、实践育人,并对其进行剖析,提出具体的措施,以供学生工作者参考。

Quality of college student work is challenged by changes from the reforming and developing higher education.Cultivating college graduates through good service is recommended and discussed in this paper,which includes cultivation through system,cultivation through behavior,cultivation through environment and cultivation through practice.
