摘要
江泽民同志"三个代表"重要思想,是我们推进干部任用制度改革的重要指导思想。深化干部任用制度改革创新,须以"三个代表"重要思想为指导,实现形式、内容和机制的科学化、规范化。把"三个代表"要求作为选拔任用干部的标准,从新的视角、新的高度赋予了选拔任用干部新的内涵,具有鲜明的时代特征和可操作性。
The 'Three Represents' put forward by Jiang Zemin is the guiding-line for us to push forward the reform of the system for the selection and appointment of the carders. The development of this reform must take the important theory of 'Three Represents' as its guidance to scientifize and normalize the form, contents and mechanism of the selection and appointment of carders. If we take the 'Three Represents' as the guidance to select and appoint leaders from a new angle and based on new standards, it will add new sense into its connotation, which is of clear features of the time and of operationability.
