Deng Xiaoping made a new interpretation of the well-off society in China, which is a dream for thousands of years for the Chinese people. At the 16th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party, it has been decided to put into practice. And now, the strategy to develop China's West has demonstrated its great significance in the realization of this great theory.
