摘要
充分发挥图书馆的职能,关键在于对图书馆工作人员实行"以人为本"的人格化管理,这样才能最大限度开发利用图书馆的信息资源,适应图书馆信息资源的共享要求,保障图书馆的持续发展。其具体方法包括:塑造馆员的健康人格,引入激励机制,制定完善健全的规章制度,培养团队精神。
The human-oriented management of the library is the key to the full play of library roles and the maximum use and share of its information resources for its healthy development,which can be done through building the healthy personality of the staff,a motivating system and other managing system and fine team work.
