变"以'本'为本"的理念为"以人为本"的理念,是基础教育课程改革的根本要求。贯彻"以人为本"思想要求,必须摒弃视学生为"两脚书橱"的做法;科学主张"一个学生一张课表";通过全部课程构建学生自主学习的教学机制。

Transferring the textbook-oriented concept into the student-oriented concept is the basic requirement of the reform on the elementary education. It is necessary to avoid regarding students as the'walking bookcase' and scientifically teaching students according to their aptitude as'one student, one school timetable' so as to fully implement the student-oriented concept and establish the teaching system of making the students learning independently through all the curriculums.
