The Industrial Frequency Quenching for the Walking Wheel of Gantry Crane

对重型桥式起重机走行轮的热处理工艺进行分析和研究 ,提出了改进措施 ,并应用于实际生产中 ,结果表明该工艺方案明显改善了工件热处理质量 ,降低了废品率 。

This paper has analyzed and researched the heat treatment process of the walking wheel used for the heavy duty gantry crane, meanwhile the upgrading measures have been set forth and will be applied to the actual production. The results of this process shows that it has improved the quality of the working pieces and reduced the reject rate, which provides the better condition for the next procedure.
