摘要
采用文献调研法 ,以美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、马来群岛和印度尼西亚的矿区复垦执行保证金制度为研究对象 ,对比分析了这些国家矿区复垦执行保证金制度的配套制度和核心内容 ,进而分析总结出其共同特征 ,为我国改革矿区复垦制度 ,建立复垦执行保证金制度提供借鉴。
Investigation and study of relevant documents was made to compare and analyze the supporting systems and key contents of the reclamation performance bonding system of the mining areas in USA, Canada, Australia, Malaysia and Indonesia, and their common features were identified, which may serves as a reference for the establishment of the reclamation performance bonding system in China.
