摘要
环境权是或应该是以维护和实现主体的环境利益为宗旨的一系列法律手段的有机结合 ,在不同层面体现出物质财产权、公益权、民主管理权、人权的法律属性。
Environmental right is or should be an organic structure of a series of means to safeguard and realize the environmental interests of legal subjects. Environmental right manifests, at different aspects, the legal nature of property right, public right, democratic right or human right.
