学报学术质量的影响因素与提高途径

ON THE FACTORS AFFECTING THE ACADEMIC QUALITY OF UNIVERSITY JOURNALS AND SOME MEASURES FOR ITS IMPROVEMENT

针对高校学报普遍存在学术质质量问题 ,深入剖析影响学报学术质量的因素。并提出了提高学报学术质量的途径与措施 ,即争取高校领导重视办好学报 ,出台相关政策扶持学报 ,并应在扩大稿源 ,严格录稿 ,提高编辑素质 ,加强组稿、审稿工作 ,提高编校质量等几方面有新举措。

This paper outlines the problems of quality widely existing in university journals in China, analyzes the contributing factor and, accordingly, proposes some approaches and measures for their improvement. It holds that efforts should be made to urge the administrators of the university to pay more attention to their university journal and to form and implement relevant policies to support it, the sources of contributed manuscripts should be diversified, the approval procedures should be improved and strictly adhered to, and the performance of the editors and proofreaders should be enhanced.
