加入WTO与我国保险监管业面临的挑战和策略

CHALLENGES FACED BY THE TRADE OF INSURANCE SUPERVISION AND MANAGEMENT TRADE AFTER CHINA′S ACCESS TO WTO AND THE COUNTERMEASURES TO BE ADOPTED

通过分析加入WTO后 ,我国保险业所面临的压力及我国保险监管所存在的问题 ,指出我国应尽快建立一个完善有效的保险监管体系 ,并以偿付能力的监管为核心 ,提出相应的应对策略。

Through an analysis of the pressure which the insurance industry is facing after China′s entry into WTO and of the problems existing in the supervision and management of insurance in China, this paper points out that it is necessary to establish a sound and efficient supervision system and that solvency should be taken as its core. Some countermeasures are offered.
