摘要
在信息化浪潮的冲击下 ,文书、档案管理工作向文档一体化方向发展已成为一种必然趋势。本文阐述了文档一体化的概念、其理论依据和特点 ,指出了当前文档一体化存在的主要问题 ,认为只要遵循一定的原则和采取必要的措施 ,文档一体化建设是完全可以取得成功的。
Under the impact of upsurging informationization, it is inevitable for the management of documents and archives to develop in the direction of integration. Based on an analysis of the concept, theoretical bases and characteristic features of integrated management of documents and archives, this paper points out the main problems in the process of its realization and holds that integration is certain to succeed as long as the underlying principles are followed and necessary measures are adopted.
