With the approaching of the new era of knowledge economy characterized mainly by science and technology innovation, it is necessary to carry out reform and innovation in the aspects of education ideas, school-running pattern, education contents, education approaches and education facilities if the needs of the society for innovation-conscious personnel are to be met. This paper explores the personnel training models in the continuing education system.
