围绕“人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点”项目的开展,通过对学籍管理、教务管理、教学管理、考试管理等开放教育的各个环节的论述,指出电视大学要进一步发挥开放教育的优势,利用广播电视远程教育和现代多媒体技术,加快人才培养模式的改革。

Centered on the development o f the project named Reform of Talented Personnel Training Model and Experimental Open Education,this paper expounds varied links relating to open education,such as students' record administration,teaching administration and examination admi nistration;it points out that open education should be brought into full play,lo ng-distance education via broadcasting,television and modern multimedia technolo gy should made good use of,to quicken the reform step of talented personnel trai ning.
