摘要 围绕磁致伸缩式超声传感器用脉冲激发/接收电路的设计,讨论了场效应功率管在脉冲超声波激发电路中的应用,重点研究了场效应管驱动电路、脉冲超声波高压激发电路及接收保护电路,并简要介绍了其余电路的实现。对研制的电路进行了性能分析,所用电子元器件均无过热现象,并获得较为理想的电脉冲信号。设计的电路板已成功用于磁致伸缩式超声传感器测量材料弹性模量。 A new transmit/receive circuit for magnetostrictive ultrasonic transducer is stuided.The circuit to creat high voltage pulse with MOSFET (MetalOxideSemiconductor type field Effect Transistor)and the circuit to drive MOSFET are fully discussed.A high voltage pulse protection circuit is built in the receiver amplifier so that the transducer can work at pulse/echo mode.The other second circuits are introduced simply.The performance test of the circuit showed that the designed circuit system is very suitable for magnetostrictive ultrasonic transducer to transmit/receive ultrasonic pulse and no electronic component in the circuit is hotter under longtime work.The circuit has been used ultrasonically measuring with a magnetostrictive ultrasonic transducer to transmit/receive ultrasonic pulse and no electronic component in the circuit is hotter under longtime work.The circuit has been used ultrasonically measuring with a magnetostrictive ultrasonic transducer for elastic modulus of material.
