柱形壳网络结构极限承载力的有限元分析

摘要 通过对光筒柱形壳极限承载力的有限元分析及其与理论计算结果的比较,检验了采用有限元法分析柱形壳结构临界载荷的合理模型,并通过对铝铸件柱形壳网格结构屈曲载荷的有限元分析,研究了加强筋网格尺寸、蒙皮厚度等对柱形壳网格结构极限承载力的影响,从而为柱形壳网格结构的优化设计提供了分析基础和有效途径。 The ultimate carrying capacity for structure of smooth cylindrical shell was analyzed with finite element method and the numerical results were compared with that by theoretical calculation method. A ratio-nal modei was checked out to the calculation of the ultimate carrying capacity for structure of cylindrical shell by finite element method. Then the influence of mesh size of its ribs and the thickness of its surface on ultimate carrying capacity of aluminum - casting mesh - structure of cylindrical shell was studied by finite element analysis of its buckling loads.It provides an efficient way and analytical basis for the optimization of mesh -structure of cylindrical shell.
