A Comparative Analysis of the "Relieving Institutions for Import

反倾销、反补贴和保障措施制度是国际贸易中常见的贸易救济制度,又称“进口救济制度”。它们在各国外贸法体系中均占有重要地位,WTO法律体制也就其设制了具体的专门规定。面对入世后激烈的国内外市场竞争,国内企业和政府部门应更好地掌握WTO的基本规则,准确地应用三种措施保护民族产业。

In international trade, anti-dumping, anti-subsidy and protecting measure are three relieving institutions, also called 'Relieving Institutions for Import', which play an important role in the regulations of foreign trade seen in various countries and specific stipulations are set up in the law systems of the WTO. The paper first touches upon the disparities among the three institutions and then discusses the current situation and the problems confronted by the Chinese enterprises in this aspect. It concludes with some su-ggestions and countermeasures.
