摘要
以环氧树脂化学改性有机硅树脂为基体材料,纳米粒子为填料并采用了常温固化体系,研制了耐高温防护涂层。该涂层固化后的热学、力学性能良好,各项测试结果完全满足指标要求。该耐高温涂料可采用喷涂法成型,工艺性能良好,操作简单。
A high temperature resistant coating is developed which is composed of epoxy organosilicon resin, nano-filler and room temperature curing agent. The thermal and mechanical properties of the cured high temperature resistant coating is good. The coating has good processability and can be spray-coated and easy to operation.
