摘要
针对机载固体火箭发动机多层粘接结构的粘接质量检测问题,利用聚焦探头双模式检测方法提高了检测信号能量,获得有效检测信号。通过一次螺旋C 扫描获得了双层包覆二界面粘接质量诊断图像,其脱粘检测分辨率小于等于Φ5mm。
Double mode detection with focused probe was used to inspect the bonding quality in multilayer structure of the solid rocket motor carried by airplane. The method can enhance the test signal energy to obtain effective signal .The both interfaces diagnoses images on bonding quality were achieved by a helix C-scan and the resolution in inspecting debonded area is less than Φ 5mm.
