成人高师教学法课程实施中 ,组织小组研讨活动具有重要意义。活动的开展要求针对实际需要 ,选择合适的内容 ,进行有效的组织 ,给予有力的指导 ,使小组研讨活动成为课程的重要有机组成部分 ,在师资培训中发挥积极作用。活动的开展面临诸多困难和问题 ,反映新的学习方式形成中必然遇到的严重挑战 ,只能在不断的探索改进中求得更好的实效。

In the teaching of the course of pedagogy to students at normal colleges for adults,organizing group discussions is of important significance. Such activities should aim at practical needs. So they should be properly organized and given effective guidance to ensure that they become an important part of the course and that they play an active role in the training of teachers. The carrying out of the activities will face many difficulties and problems in the new mode of learning but a better effect will be achieved in the course of continuous exploration.
