摘要
有声语言和无声语言是社会交往、信息交流、表情达意的最重要的交际工具。图书馆工作人员在读者服务过程中“有声语言艺术”和“无声语言艺术”的运用 ,是图书馆服务质量好坏的关键。
Articulate speech and subvocal speech are important tools for social intercourse,information exchange,and for the conveying of ideas and feelings. The utilization of the “art of articulate speech” and the “art of subvocal speech” by librarians in the course of their service to the reader determines their service quality.
