摘要 在分析切削加工润滑机理的基础上,对国内外切削加工润滑技术的研究进展进行了综合归纳与评述,阐明了各种润滑方式的优缺点,并且针对切削加工时的摩擦特点,指出了切削加工润滑研究中几个值得重视的发展方向. The lubricating methods and mechanism for metal cutting were discussed and summarized. Thus the state-of-the-art and the development of the lubricating techniques for metal cutting were reviewed, with the emphases placed on the cutting fluid lubrication, friction-reducing and antiwear coatings, and self-lubricating coatings applicable to the cutting tools. Moreover, the advantages, disadvantages and the future developing direction of various lubricating methods were analyzed in terms of their suitability to the metal cutting process, while some important development trends concerning the lubrication of metal cutting process were pointed out.
