新鲜羊膜移植治疗难治性角膜溃疡的临床观察

The clinical observation on effect of fresh amniotic membrane transplant ation in treatment of fractory corneal ulcer

目的 评价新鲜羊膜移植治疗难治性角膜溃疡的疗效。方法 角膜溃疡 2 4例 2 4只眼中细菌感染 10只眼 ,病毒感染 8只眼 ,真菌感染 6只眼 ,经相应抗感染药物治疗病情未控制 ,或角膜溃疡经久不愈 ,这组患者接受了新鲜羊膜移植术的治疗。结果 2 4只眼角膜溃疡术后 2周溃疡愈合者 2 0只眼 ,有 3只眼行再次移植后愈合 ;8只眼角膜透明 ,15只眼角膜溃疡留下不同程度角膜瘢翳 ;视力有不同程度提高。结论 新鲜羊膜移植对重建眼表功能是一种较好的手术方法。

OBJECTIVE To study the effect of fresh amniotic mem brane transplantation (AMT) in the treatment of refractory corneal ulcer METHODS There were 24 patients with refractory corneal ulcer, includi ng eyes of bacterial corneal ulcer, 8 eyes of herpes simplex keratitis, 6 eyes o f fungal corneal ulcer in these data The patients had been treated with antibi otics, but ulcer has been controlled Fresh amniotic membrane transplantations were performed in the patients RESULTS Of 24 cases, twenty eye s were healed up in two weeks after treatment, and the other three eyes were hea led up after the second transplantation There were corneal transparencies in 8 eyes, corneal macula in 15 eyes CONCLUSION Fresh amniotic mem brane transplantation is an effect surgical technique for reconstruction of ocul ar surface, it can effectively reconstruct corneal surface, relieve the inflamma tion reaction
