信息素质概念一经提出,人们对其界定就有明显的分歧。在最早提出这一概念的美国,学界从功能的角度出发,认为信息素质主要是一种获取并利用信息的能力,这种能力随着信息技术的发展不断得到提高。这种认识势必走向片面。我国学界则多是从结构的角度出发,认为信息素质是一种包括信息意识、信息道德、信息知识等要素的综合素质。这是一种与未来人的全面发展近于统一的认识观。

This is a kind of understanding view that closely unites with the future man's allover development.
