Exploring the Country-village Relationship Under the “Country-politiced and Village- governed” Pattern

“完善村民自治,健全村党组织领导的充满活力的村民自治机制”是建设社会主义民主,发展社会主义政治文明的基础性工作。然而乡村关系处理得好坏直接决定着村民自治能否良性发展。本文通过分析“乡政村治”格局下的乡村关系存在的一些问题、特征和成因,提出了一些促进乡村关系协调发展的对策。

Improving the villager's self-governedness, perfecting the villager's self-governed system full of vitality led by Party in the rural areas' is the fundamental work of building socialistic democracy-politics and developing socialistic political civilization. However, the development of the villager's self-governedness depends on whether the country-village relationship is dealt with correctly. By means of analyzing the problems, characteristics and reasons in the country-village relationship, the thesis puts forward some tactics for promoting it smoothly.
