摘要
对目前社会上流行的29种彩票发行方式通过"均方差"和"层次分析法"进行研究,得出结论:①从模型中可以看出,如果彩票风险太大,不容易被人们接受;②彩票本身是一种冒险行为,应该说不存在最好的玩法,彩民一般根据自己的主观爱好,选择彩票,所以以彩民的心态对彩票进行分类,还是有意义的.
The problem of lottery is discussed by the method of 'root-mean-square' and 'anolytic hierarchy process'. The following conclusions are obtained.(1) Through mathematical modelling, it has been tested and verified that if the risk of lottery is too big, it isn′t easy to make people to accept; (2) Purchase lottery is a kind of high risk action, so there isn′t a good method of distribute lottery. The conclusion is: Generally speaking, people of purchase lotteries on basis of their interesting, so assorting for lotteries of different kinds by people′s mentality is useful.
