Comprehensive evaluation method of university′s teaching quality based on the Grey System Theory

提出高校的教学评价指标体系,利用层次分析法确定权重,并采用模糊综合评价法结合灰色系统理论的方法,建立评价模型.试对3位教师的教学内容、教学方法、教学态度、教学基本功进行评价和计算,提高了评价的准确性.并建立一种反馈机制,进而为提高教育教学质量提供了有力的保障.

An index system on university′s teaching evaluation is presented, and an evaluation model is constructed by adopting Analysis Hierarchy Process to ascertain right weight and combining fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method with the Grey System Theory. Three teachers′ teaching contents, methods, manner and basic training are evaluated. The results are preciser. A feedback mechanism is also established, which is an effective guarantee to improve the teaching quality.
