摘要
目的 实现人体髋骨三维有限元模型的快速重建,使其能应用于生物力学分析,为临床医生研究髋骨的骨折和分析髋骨的生物力学特性提供帮助。方法 通过CT扫描获得髋骨的完整的三维体数据,用体素的方法直接建立有限元单元,并根据像素的灰度值匹配单元的属性。结果 完成了髋骨三维有限元模型的重建,并且根据骨密度对模型中骨的弹性模量进行了精确设定。结论 利用本文的方法能自动、快速地重建髋骨的三维有限元模型,得到的模型能应用于生物力学分析。
Objective To develop the method of 3D FE (finite element) reconstruction model for human pelvis. Meth-ods An 8 nodes voxel was used to create element for 3D-FE model based on 2D CT slices. The density of the bone was calculated by grey value on CT image, then the elastic modulus of the element was derivate from the density. Results The finite element model of pelvis had been reconstructed automatically. Conclusion The experiment result showed that the reconstruction model was carried out rapidly and automatically, and it can be used for biomechanics analysis.
