摘要
中国农民由于知识与资本匮乏在现实生活中已成为社会弱势群体,政府必须提供相应的社会保障。其中通过加强农村基础教育,保障农民的受教育权;推行农民劳动技能培训,保障农民的就业权;实施最低工资标准,保障农民的收入分配权,应该作为公共政府的优先选择。
Being short of knowledge and capital, the Chinese farmers have become an aweak group in reality. As a result, our government should provide corresponding social guarantees. The following should be the superior selections: to strengthen the country's elementary education is to protect the farmer' s educational rights,to start farmer's job-training program is to maintain the farmers's employment rights, to put the lowest salary standard into practice is to safeguard the farmer's income distribution rights.
