摘要
本文简要回顾了我国中央银行控制基础货币的实践,分析了其中存在的不足,指出由于中央银行资产结构的不合理,债券市场尤其是国债市场发展滞后,以及商业银行改革难以到位等原因,导致中央银行在控制基础货币方面出现了力不从心的感觉。文章最后就如何增强中央银行基础货币控制力提出了建议。
On the basis of the introduction of principles of controlling base money, the experience of controlling base money of the People's Bank of China has been analyzed in this paper. The author points out that there is an error on the quantity of base money between the target and the practice because of the irrationality of the asset structure of the monetary authority, the faultiness of the bond market, and the lag of the reform of the state commercial banks.It is suggested at the end of the paper how to improve the people's Bank of China's control.
