The theoretical innovation based on practice is a leading guide of social development and reform.The history of the Communist Party of China is the history of combining fundathemtal principle of Marxism with the specific practice of China,constantly implementing theoretical innovation,systematic innovation,sci-tech innovation and cultural innovation.In order to keep theoretical innovation based on practice,we must insist on Marxist basic views including regarding practice as first,practice as only norm of testing the truth,and must be adept in uniting thought in liberating thinking,use developing marxism to guide the new practice and keep the spiritual state of keeping pace with the times and theoretical courage of Marxism.The important thought of 'the Three Represents' is a central reflection of theoretical innovation based on the practice and the greatest achievement our party has obtained under the new condition of history,and is also a scientific system which needs constant richening and development.
