加强党性修养是我们党强化自身建设的优良传统。新环境、新任务、新问题向党员领导干部提出了加强党性的新要求。党员领导干部要适应党性修养的新要求 ,就必须切实加强理论学习 ,树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观 ;必须坚持理论与实际相结合 ,在改造客观世界的同时 ,改造主观世界 ,努力使自己的党性修养达到一个全新的境界。

Strengthening mastery of party spirit is a good tradition of reinforcing self-construction of our party.The new environment,new task and new issues put forward new requirements of strengthening party spirit to party's leaderships.If party leaderships want to adapt themselves to the new requirement of party spirit's mastery,they must reinforce theoretic study,set up correct world outline,life outline and values;they must insist on combinnig theory with realistics,reform the subjective world as well as objective world and strive to make their party spirit's mastery reach a new realm.
