摘要
针对网络广告对消费者权益构成的威胁和现行消费者权益保护机制存在的问题 ,我们应采取行政监管和行业自律相结合 ,立法完善和增强消费者保护自我意识相结合 ,多层次完善消费者权益保护机制。
According to network-ad threat against right and interests of consummers,and problems exists in protection system for right and interests of consummers.we should take the administrative supervision which is combined with the self-discipline,improve legislation combining with strengthening self-protection consciousness of consummers,and improve protection system for right and interests of consummers from multiple levels.
