摘要
开发了4Na2SO4·2H2O2·NaCl合成的稳定循环新工艺,将少部分母液取出后,加入计算量的硫酸钠、氯化钠和高浓度的双氧水。5次循环后,母液的组成、固相产品质量及产品中H2O2含量基本不变。此循环大部分母液得到较充分的利用,整个过程比较稳定。将样品置于423K的烘箱中,3h的分解率均小于2.3%,产品的稳定性较高。
A new stable cyclic process for preparation of sodium sulphate-hydrogen peroxide-sodium chloride adduct was proposed in this paper. After a small amount of mother liquid was removed, calculated amount of sodium sulfate,sodium chloride and hydrogen peroxide of high concentration was added to the mother liquid. The components of mother liquid, amount of solid product and its hydrogen peroxide content are approximately the same in five cycles. In the stable cyclic process, the mother liquid was utilized sufficiently. The product was placed in dry oven and the temperature was kept at 423K for 3 hours. Decomposition fraction of the product for each cycle was less than 2.3%,so the product was of high stability.
