摘要
对同一生产厂家不同型号、不同故障的氧化锌压敏电阻小电流区域内的伏安特性进行了试验研究,计算和分析了氧化锌压敏电阻在小电流区的特征参数及其与老化程度、故障的关系。
Experimental and analysical study has been made on varisters of different types and fault modes,produced by the same manufacturer, in respect of their V-I characteristics in leakage current region.Calculation and analysis has been performed characteristics of these varisters in leakage current region and their relation to degradation and fault mode.
