摘要
在相同的设计流量和设计扬程条件下 ,设计了 3种不同转速比的对旋轴流叶轮 ,得到了叶片不同的特征参数。结果表明 :对旋式轴流泵前置叶轮与后置叶轮的转速比采用稍小于 1的设计是较为合理的 ,并且可以获得较宽的运行高效区。以此叶片设计结果为数值模拟的对象 ,对前后叶轮采用 7种不同的转速比进行数值模拟 ,得到各自全流道下紊流流场的压力、速度等值线及分布云图 ,预测一定转速比下的叶轮外特性性状 ,为实际运行和选型应用提供了依据。
The contra-rotating axial flow impellers have been designed and their geometric parameters have been obtained at three different revolution ratios based on the same volumetric flow rate and head for the contra-rotating axial flow pump.The design results show that a revolution ratio of a value slightly smaller than 1 is reasonable and a wider range of high efficiency can be obtained. Simulating on the front impeller and rear impeller with seven different revolution ratios,the isolines and distributing nephograms of static pressure and velocity have been given. The performance of contra-rotating impellers is predicted at a given revolution ratio for practical operation and pump selection.
