摘要
将最优化方法应用于DT 1单向运转耐高温地铁轴流风机的气动设计及其结构参数的选择计算 ,应用电子表格进行风机叶轮的优化设计和最佳几何参数的确定。按优化方法设计了DT 1No .10地铁轴流风机样机 ,并给出了该风机的效率、噪声等气动性能理论计算与实测数据的比较以及与同类风机的性能对比。
An optimization technique is applied to the aerodynamic design and the computation of the geometric parameters of the DT-1 axial fan for subways on the basis of the optimum design for the impeller of the fan with EXCEl in Windows. The aerodynamic performance of an axial fan for subways DT-1 NO.10 designed by the optimization technique, such as efficiency and noise of the fan, was tested and compared with the computational results and the one of the commonly-used axial fans.
