摘要
对空调设备中常用的 2 .3mm、2 .5mm、2 .8mm翅距开缝式翅片换热器在湿工况下的换热性能和阻力性能进行实验分析 ,得到了在错排布置下 ,其空气侧的努谢尔数Nu及摩擦阻力系数f随雷诺数Re和析湿系数ξ的函数关系式 ,对工程的实际应用具有一定的指导作用。
The heat exchangers having plate fins of herringbone wave and lanced configuration is introduced. Correlations are developed to predict the air-side heat transfer coefficient and friction factor as a function of the Reynolds number and the moisture absorption coefficient with staggered tube arrangements.Correlations and errors are applicable to heat exchangers having 2.3mm,2.5mm and 2.8mm fin-pitch in practical.
