猪圆环病毒与断奶猪多系统衰弱综合征研究进展

Advances of studies on porcine circovirus and postweaning multisystemic wasting syndrome in pigs

国内外学者对猪圆环病毒(PCV)及断奶猪多系统衰弱综合征(PMWS)进行了深入的研究,迄今已确定了PCV的分类地位,明确了PCV的基因组序列,并建立了PCV和PMWS的检测和诊断方法。PCV的致病性和发病机理研究虽取得了一定进展,但还不甚十分清楚。目前也缺乏有效的疫苗来预防PMWS。对PCV的理化特性、分子生物学以及PCV感染和PMWS的流行病学、致病机理、临床症状、病理变化、检测方法和防制等进展进行了综述。

There are a lot of studies having been made on porcine circovirus (PCV) and postweaning multisystemic wasting syndrome (PMWS) in recent years. The classification of PCV is clear and the gene group sequence of PCV is defined. The detection methods of PCV have been established. Though the studies on pathogenesis of PCV have already achieved some improvement, the paphogensts is still not very clear. Now there are no effective vaccine to prevent pig from the PMWS yet. The physico-chemical characteristics and molecule biology of PCV, the epidemiology, pathogenesis, detection methods and control of PCV infection and PMWS are reviewed in this article.
