摘要 用生长健壮的一年生叶子花硬枝和当年生半木质化绿枝为插条。硬枝分别用ABT生根粉、IBA和NAA不同浓度、不同浸泡时间处理后,插入地面铺珍珠岩的塑料拱棚中,结果表明,使用生根剂处理,对插条生根具有明显的促进作用,其中以100 mg/L IBA溶液浸泡12 h的处理生根株率最高为70 %;在50~150 mg/L的浓度下,随着ABT生根粉和NAA浓度的增加,插条生根率明显提高;绿枝用50 mg/L的ABT生根粉做不同时间处理,其平均生根率可达93.9 %,表明叶子花绿枝较硬枝易生根。 In the experiment one-year healthily-growing hardwood branches of bougainvillea and one-year semi-lignified softwood twigs with leaves were selected as cuttings. The hardwood cuttings were eated by ABT root-taking powder, IBA and NAA in different concentration for different times, and transplanted into the seedbed covered with pearlite in a plastic shelter. Results indicated that the root-taking powder contributes remarkably to the root-taking of the cuttings, the average root-taking rate of cuttings soaked in the IBA solution of 100 mg/L reaches as high as 70 %. With the concentration of 50~150 mg/L, the increased concentration of ABT root-taking powder and NAA, average root-taking rate of cuttings goes up remarkably. The softwood twigs were treated by ABT root-taking powder of 50 mg/L for different time, the average root-taking rate can reach 93.9 %, indicating that the softwood twigs of bougainvillea tend to take roots easily.
