摘要
在环境多变 ,竞争激烈的情况下 ,医院的主要领导必须高度重视和认真研究医院战略管理问题。本文从四个方面论述了医院战略管理的本质 ;即全局性 ,长远性 ,关键性和权变性。
In light of the ever-changing situation and fierce competition, hospital leadership should attach great importance to, and seriously study strategic management. The article illustrated the essence of the problem from four aspects: general, long-term, fundamental, and transforming.
