介绍了第三军医大学大坪医院确保研究生培养质量的措施 ,在招生生源上坚持质量第一、宁缺勿滥 ;在培养方式上坚持医教研全面发展 ;在课题选择上坚持与导师、科室研究方向一致 ;在管理模式上坚持训练队、科室、导师协同管理。
The article introduced the measures of improving postgraduate training in Dapin Hospital of TMMU. The hospital leadership insisted on quality of postgraduate students, overall development in medicine, teaching, and research, subject integration in research, and comprehensive administration between hospital departments.
