With the coming of knowledge economy, intelligence capital has become one of the most important resources. Such is also the case with medical industry which is knowledge- and technology-concentrated. The author pointed out that military hospital should apply knowledge economy into further medical education, open up various ways to develop a new type of medical talents, encourage innovation and transfer of scientific research findings, and upgrade training level and hospital efficiency.
