医院战略环境分析是制定战略计划的基础和前提。医院战略环境要素主要包括：政治法律环境要素、经济环境要素、社会文化环境要素、技术环境要素、军事环境要素和卫生事业行业环境要素等。其对医院的影响是长远性、动态性和全局性的。通过对战略环境的分析，使医院明确自己在医疗市场大环境中的位置，从而制定切合实际的战略计划。
The analysis of hospital strategic environment is the basis and prerequisite for designing strategic plans. Its keyfactors include political and legal factors, economic factors, social factors, technical factors, military factors, and hygienicfactors. They have a long-standing, dynamic, and comprehensive effect on hospital. Through an analysis of hospital strategicenvironment, the article pointed out that hospital must clarify its position in the medical market, and suggested a practicalstrategic plan for hospital development.
