摘要
本文探讨了医院护理科研管理的障碍与对策。在工作实践中 ,构建了“四层次”组织管理框架 ,完善了“四会”、“二及时”、“一套新”等管理制度 ,采取了多层次人才培养方法 ,探索了成果开发转化的路子 ,获得可喜的社会、经济和军事效益。
The article explored into the obstacles of scientific research on hospital nursing, and the countermeasures. The author suggested a four-layer administration framework, which improved the existing one in practice and reaped substantial social, economic, and military effect.
