Implement Separate Calculation of Pharmaceutical Revenues and Expenses,and Control the Proportion of Pharmaceutical Revenues

为遏制医药费用过快增长，控制药品收入比例，在提高员工认识的基础上，加强管理，把住药价进出关；对临床用药实施动态质量监控；目标管理，责任分级落实等措施，收到较好效果。并提出了控制药品收入比例的若干建议。

In order to curb the fast increase of pharmaceutical costs and control the proportion of pharmaceutical revenues,strengthened management by means of controlling the purchase and sale of pharmaceuticals, and implementing dynamicsupervision of clinical use of pharmaceuticals; and carrled out target management by means of assigning responsibilities todifferent departments and sections, which led to favorable results. The article also offered several suggestions to curb theproportion of pharmaceutical revenues.
