军队医院医疗服务技术效率测量研究

Measurement Study of Technical Efficiency of Medical Service in the Military Hospitals.

目的：建立精确考核医院技术效率的测量方法,为考核医院医疗服务技术效率提供方法学依据。方法：在对38所军队综合医院卫生资源利用情况描述性分析的基础上，采用随机前沿成本模型，设立产出指标，计算效率残差，进行军队医院技术效率的对比研究。结果：平均低效率为31％，以300～500张床位的医院效率最低。结论：军队医院技术效率偏低，与其规模及供给能力不符。

objective: Set up exact measurement of hospital technical efficiency, supply the methods basis for thecomprehensive system of quality evaluation. Methods: On the basis of utility of health resource of the 38 military hospitalsthis article complete study of technical efficiency measurement of health resource using stochastic frontier cost model.Results: Average eu is 31 %, and the efficiency of health resource of military hospitals with 300~ 700 beds is more lower.Conclution: The technical efficiency of military hospitals is low, which is not match with the scale and supplying capability ofthem.
