摘要
目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定心可舒片中葛根素的含量,以控制该制剂的质量。方法:以C_(18)化学键合硅胶柱分离葛根素,以甲醇—水(21:79)为流动相,检测波长250nm进行测定。结果:葛根素峰与其它组分峰的分离度为7.8,理论塔板数以葛根素峰计算为19280;方法的平均加样回收率为98.9%,RSD=1.02%(n=5)。葛根素在0.20μg~2.0μg范围内,进样量与吸收面积值呈良好的线性关系。结论:本法测定心可舒片中葛根素的含量,结果准确,重复性好。
To dominate the quality of Xinkeshu Tablets,The content of Puerarin in Xinkeshu tablets was Determined by Reversed-Phase HPLC. Methods:Puerarin was separated on Spherisorb C18 column by using methanol-waters(21: 79) as mobile phase and detection wavelength at 250nm. Results:The resolution was 7. 8;The number of theoretical plates calculaled for Puerarin peak was 19820; The average recovery of the added index was 98. 9%. RSD was 0. 90% (n = 5). There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of Puerarin and absorption area value in range of 0. 2μg-2.0μg. Conclusion: The methed was highly reproducible and accurate.
