江苏省高中学生心理健康影响因素研究

A investigation into influencing fa ctors of psychological health of sen ior high school students of Jiangsu province

目的探讨高中生心理健康的影响因素,为更好地开展心理健康教育和心理保健提供科学依据。方法运用SCL-90症状自评量表和自行设计的心理健康影响因素调查表,对全省3137名高一至高三的学生进行调查。结果我省高中生心理问题检出率为15.2%,影响高中学生心理健康的因素主要有:城乡差异、幼童年家庭幸福度、父亲职业、父亲文化程度、母亲文化程度、家庭人均收入、与同学相处关系、与异性交往烦恼度、不良情绪症状、心理压力、心理抑郁调节方法、心理保健态度、倾外向型性格特征。结论对高中生的心理健康教育应针对其主要的、可控的影响因素,注重开展社会、家庭、学校、个体全方位、多层次的心理健康教育。

Objective Discussing the influencing factors of psychological health of senior hi gh school students is pro-vided to serve scientific basis for d eveloping psychological health education and psychological health care.Methods Data on psychological health status and its related factors were obtained from 3137students of senior high school in Jiangsu province by using SCL -90and a self -designed questionnaire of influencing factors f or psychological health.Results The main factors affecting their psychological health were as follows:difference betwe en rural and urban areas?happy degree of infant's family?father's occupation?education level of parents?average income of family?the relationship with classmates?the vexing degree of getting along with opposite sex?ill -mood symptom?psychological stress?adjusting method of psychological depression?attitude of psychological care?personality type of outgoing -orien ted.Conclusion As for psychological health care of s enior high school students,its prime or controllable influencing factors and focus on com munity,families,schools,individ uals to develop overall and multi -layer education system of psychological health should be found out.[
